My name is Caitlin Pengilly, I’m 22 and I’m fully qualified in Level 2 Beauty Therapy VTCT Diploma and offers nail, lash, brow and face treatments and body waxing.

I am the owner of Pamper and Polish, working alongside Holistic Therapies as one of their in-house therapists.

Jason is our Sports, Fitness and Massage Tutor and assessor for Bideford as well as a triple blackbelt holder in 3 disciplines of Martial Arts. 

 

 He offers Sports and Remedial  Massage, including Hot/Cold Stones, Dry Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage and more. 

​

He is also the head Martial Arts Instructor for the centre.
