learning20

❤ Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure used to exfoliate the outermost layer of the skin, known as the stratum corneum.

🧡 It involves the use of a special abrasive device to 'exfoliate' the skin, which is then suctioned away using the vacuum function.

💛 This process helps to:

💚 Remove dead skin cells - desquamation

💚 Improve skin texture - dull appearance, rough texture

💚 Reduce the appearance of fine lines

💚 Acne - grades 1 & 2, as well as congestion

💚 Uneven pigmentation - Hyperpigmentation

💚 Ageing - wrinkles, sagging skin

💚 Increase microcirculation

💚 Decrease oedema

💙 Microdermabrasion is performed in dermatology clinics or spas by trained professionals as an advanced facial treatment to provide a more beneficial and results driven experience for the client.

💜 The treatment can be performed as a stand alone treatment of as part of a facial routine.

🖤 What qualifications do you need to do microdermabrasion?

Depending on your insurer, you will either need a facial qualification or a level 2 beauty therapy qualification (that includes a facial element)

🤍 We offer two qualification types:

🤎 VTCT Level 3 certificate in microdermabrasion treatments VRQ (this can be completed within around 3 months) - MORE INFO

&

🤎 Microdermabrasion 1 day accredited qualification - MORE INFO
