Let me introduce myself!
I am Karen Ashton (formerly Karen Kilminster) and i am the founder of Holistic Therapies Training Academy. The business was 'born' in 2007, in sunny Swindon, Wiltshire.

💙We are a family run business, a husband & wife team (we even get the kids, not so kids anymore, involved)
💙A husband & wife team with 2 businesses that we co-run. The training school, Holistic Therapies Training Academy, and the martial arts centre @zencombatschool
💙The 2 businesses work well together, with beauty, massage, sports & complementary therapies training in the daytime, at our Bideford centre and martial arts classes in the evenings (Kick boxing, Krav maga & MMA)
💙It means we work long hours during the week, but we are forming our work life balance to have weekends off, and holidays, when we can
💙Its both our passions roled into one, all under one roof
💙We are often asked 'How can you work together?'
💙Well the truth is, we have our own 'jobs / tasks' that we do, and we are so wrapped up in those that it doesn't really feel like we work together. It just works, and we love that
💙We have the same vision, and the same goals, so that makes all the difference
💙We both bring different skillsets to the table
💙 Jason with his sales & marketing background, and his sports and fitness teaching skills
💙Me with my accounting and office management background with my complementary therapies & education teaching skills
